Hey there! We’re Joyce and Jenny, two lash lovers on a mission.

As Asian women with short, thin, and barely-there lashes, we’ve spent years trying to achieve that perfect, fluttery look that seemed just out of reach. It wasn’t easy, and our journey was full of trial and error, frustration, and a few tears. 😅

Let’s start with lash extensions, which seemed like the answer to all our problems. For a moment, they were everything we dreamed of — until reality set in. The maintenance was brutal. Every two weeks, like clockwork, we found ourselves back at the salon, spending more and more money to fill in the gaps where our natural lashes had shed, taking the extensions with them. The worst part? Those gaps looked terrible — sparse, patchy, and impossible to hide. 😔

And then there was the sleep situation. We had to be so careful, lying perfectly still as if any movement would ruin our lashes. And honestly, it did. Twisting, tangling, and turning into a bent, unruly mess — our extensions ended up looking far from the luxurious lashes we’d hoped for. Cleaning them was another nightmare. Goodbye, eyeliner, because our extensions just couldn’t handle it. Instead, we had to pile on more lash volume to compensate, which only made us feel like we had caterpillars on our lids. 🐛

But we didn’t stop there. We kept searching, trying every new trend that popped up. Magnetic lashes sounded like the solution we’d been waiting for, but the heavy magnets weighed down our lids, making our eyes feel tired. And the magnetic eyeliner? A disaster.
