Great news! The de minimis exemption is still in place, meaning all orders under $800 USD still ship tariff-free to the U.S. with no delays. 🎉
This exemption is still valid until May 2, though future policy changes remain unclear. For now, you can shop with confidence!

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $10 USD for all orders shipped to the United States, and $15 CAD for all Canadian orders.

*US Customers: Orders are trucked from Alberta, Canada to Montana, USA, before being shipped via USPS. This allows for faster delivery while also avoiding customs duties for our customers. As a result, you may see a "Label Created" status, and it can take 1-2 days before tracking details update, as your order is being transported to Montana before entering the USPS system in the US.
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During peak periods or due to a high volume of orders, shipments may experience slight delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will notify you via email.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking number to become active.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Navo Lashes is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. All orders are shipped from Alberta, Canada.
For Canadian customers, there is no need to worry about tariffs or duties, as all orders are shipped domestically from Alberta, Canada.
Damages & Lost Shipments
Once your order is handed over to the shipping courier, it’s out of our hands and under their responsibility. While Navo Lashes is not liable for any damages or lost shipments, we understand how frustrating this can be. If your parcel arrives damaged or goes missing, please reach out to us at info@navolashes.com, and we’ll do our best to help investigate the issue and assist you in any way we can.
