For Our American Customers – We’re Back!
We’re so excited to announce that we’ve resumed shipping to the United States!
💰 Why Have Prices Changed?
In the past, U.S. customers could enjoy duty-free shopping for orders under $800 — thanks to a rule called the de minimis exemption.
But that exemption has now been removed. This means all U.S. orders are now subject to full import duties, no matter the amount.
On top of the original tariff rates, the U.S. government has added an extra 30% for products made in China — and unfortunately, this includes our lashes.
Why Made in China?
Our lashes are made in China by a highly specialized manufacturer we’ve worked closely with to perfect our pre-glued lash cluster technology. After years of testing and prototyping, this partner is the only one who can produce the precision glue placement and natural lash design Navo Lashes is known for.
📦 Shipping is now $25 USD
To keep things simple, we now build the cost of tariffs and courier brokerage fees into our pricing. This way, you won’t be surprised by extra duties or fees at the door.

All duties and brokerage fees will be calculated and paid upfront at checkout.

📊 How Tariffs Work
Each product is taxed differently depending on U.S. Customs classifications. We use a tariff app that calculates the correct duties at checkout — and collect them upfront on your behalf, so there’s nothing due upon delivery.

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $15 CAD for all Canadian orders and $25 USD for all orders shipped to the United States.
However, for Canadian orders, enjoy FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $100 CAD!

Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During peak periods or due to a high volume of orders, shipments may experience slight delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will notify you via email.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking number to become active.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
All orders are shipped from Alberta, Canada.
Canadian Customers
No need to worry — there are no tariffs, duties, or additional customs fees for orders within Canada.
U.S. Customers
We now include all applicable U.S. tariffs and brokerage fees in the product price and shipping cost. What you see at checkout is what you pay — there will be no surprise duties or fees upon delivery. U.S. shipping is a flat $25 USD, which includes cross-border courier and processing costs.
All Other Countries
Navo Lashes is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to orders shipped outside of Canada and the U.S. Any fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages & Lost Shipments
Once your order is handed over to the shipping courier, it’s out of our hands and under their responsibility. While Navo Lashes is not liable for any damages or lost shipments, we understand how frustrating this can be. If your parcel arrives damaged or goes missing, please reach out to us at info@navolashes.com, and we’ll do our best to help investigate the issue and assist you in any way we can.
