For Our American Customers
All shipments to the United States are paused until further notice.
Due to new U.S. government tariffs, as of May 2, 2025, all goods manufactured in China, Hong Kong, or Macau are now subject to a 145% import tax, in addition to potential brokerage fees charged by shipping couriers.
Unfortunately, this includes our lashes — they are made in China by a specialized manufacturer we’ve worked closely with to create our unique lash design and pre-glued technology. We’ve searched extensively, and no other supplier has been able to replicate the meticulous lash placement and glue application that defines Navo Lashes.
We do not receive any of the money collected from these tariffs or fees. These are imposed entirely by the U.S. government and shipping providers — and they are completely out of our control.
For now, we’ve made the difficult decision to pause all U.S. shipments until the situation becomes clearer.
We truly appreciate your patience and understanding, and we’re so sorry for the inconvenience. If anything changes, we’ll update this page immediately.
We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $10 USD for all orders shipped to the United States, and $15 CAD for all Canadian orders.

*US Customers: Orders are trucked from Alberta, Canada to Montana, USA, before being shipped via USPS. This allows for faster delivery while also avoiding customs duties for our customers. As a result, you may see a "Label Created" status, and it can take 1-2 days before tracking details update, as your order is being transported to Montana before entering the USPS system in the US.
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During peak periods or due to a high volume of orders, shipments may experience slight delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will notify you via email.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking number to become active.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Navo Lashes is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. All orders are shipped from Alberta, Canada.
For Canadian customers, there is no need to worry about tariffs or duties, as all orders are shipped domestically from Alberta, Canada.
Damages & Lost Shipments
Once your order is handed over to the shipping courier, it’s out of our hands and under their responsibility. While Navo Lashes is not liable for any damages or lost shipments, we understand how frustrating this can be. If your parcel arrives damaged or goes missing, please reach out to us at info@navolashes.com, and we’ll do our best to help investigate the issue and assist you in any way we can.
