At Navo Lashes, we’re committed to ensuring you love your lashes. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

We’ve crafted our lashes with care and precision, but we understand they may not work for everyone. That’s why we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the original purchase date.

Products must be in new or lightly used condition. We reserve the right to decline returns on products that are heavily used.

To request a return or exchange, please email info@navolashes.com with:

  • Name
  • Order #
  • Item to be returned
  • Reason for return or exchange
  • Close-up pictures/videos (to help us better understand your concerns)

All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

If approved, the product must be shipped back to us before a refund or exchange can be processed.

This applies to all situations, including ordering errors, fit/preference issues, or sensitivities.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will:

  • issue a refund, or
  • send a replacement item (for exchanges)

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as items not received cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We are unable to process refunds or exchanges without receiving the returned item

We’ll respond within 3–5 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your credit card account. It may take a few days before the refund is officially posted.
