At Navo Lashes, we’re committed to ensuring you love your lashes. If, for any reason, our products don’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help.

Returns

We’ve crafted our lashes with care and precision, but we understand they might not be perfect for everyone. That’s why we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee, valid for 30 days from the original purchase date. Products must be in new or lightly used condition. We reserve the right to void our guarantee on products that are heavily used.

To initiate a return, please email us at info@navolashes.com with the following details:

  • Name
  • Order #
  • Item to be returned
  • Reason for return
  • Pictures (to help us better understand your concerns)

Each request will be carefully reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If your return is approved and the product is unused, we may request that the item be shipped back to us. In that case, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Please note that while we refund the cost of the item, shipping charges are non-refundable. We’ll respond to your request within 3–5 business days.

Exchanges

We’re happy to replace any items that arrive damaged or defective. To request an exchange, please contact us at info@navolashes.com with the following information:

  • Name
  • Order #
  • Item to be exchanged
  • Reason for exchange
  • Pictures (to help us better understand your concerns)

We’ll review each request on a case-by-case basis and get back to you within 3-5 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please double-check your credit card account. It may take a few days before your refund is officially posted.
