The key to a secure and comfortable fit is placing the glue strip on the skin where your natural lash roots emerge—not on the lashes themselves.

For most people, the best placement is about 1 mm inward from the lash roots, directly on the skin. However, placement can vary depending on your eye shape:

• Some find it best to apply right at the lash roots.
• Others prefer positioning them slightly deeper/higher on the skin for a more secure hold.

Try adjusting the placement slightly to see what feels most comfortable and looks most natural for you!

If your lashes aren’t staying on, here are a few things to check:

• Placement matters – Make sure the glue strip sits about 1 mm inward from the lash roots, adhering to the skin rather than the lash hairs.
• Oil & moisture-free lids – Oil, tears, or residue can prevent the adhesive from bonding properly, so cleanse your eyelids thoroughly before applying.

• Check for corner lifting – Avoid placing clusters too close to the inner or outer corners, where they may lift more easily.

If your lashes feel pokey or uncomfortable, a few small adjustments should fix it! Here’s what to check:

1. Placement matters – If the clusters are too deep into your eye, they might poke when you blink. Try shifting them slightly closer to the roots of the lashes, or directly on top of the skin where your lash roots emerge.
2. Check the angle – The glue strip should lie flat along your lash line. If the clusters are tilted upward or downward, they can feel uncomfortable.
3. Align the bases – When placing each cluster, make sure the bottom edges of the glue strips line up in a straight, smooth row.
4. Trim the outer edges – If a cluster is too long or extending past your lash line, you can trim the outer corner slightly for a better fit.
5. Press to secure – After placing all your clusters, use tweezers to gently clamp them down, ensuring they’re sitting flush with your lash line.

Remember, you shouldn't feel the lashes once they're properly applied. If discomfort persists, continue to adjust the placement until they feel natural and comfortable for your unique eye shape.

These lashes are designed for daily wear, and we recommend removing them at night so you can properly cleanse your eyes.

That said, some customers have worn them for up to 2–3 days. If you choose to do this, just know that the glue is not intended for multi-day wear, so results may vary. Keeping your eyes clean is always a priority!

Absolutely! Each lash cluster can be reused 1–3 times with the original adhesive. When the glue starts to wear out, simply remove the old adhesive (instructions are available in the How to Use section) and refresh your lashes with our Clear Lash Cluster Stickies.

This innovative system lets you reuse each cluster up to 10+ times, depending on care. Just store them in their original tray after each use, and they’ll stay in great shape for multiple wears!

Yes! Unlike lash extensions or long-term cluster lashes, you can freely wear eyeshadow, eyeliner, and mascara with Navo Lashes.

Since the lashes are removable, you can properly clean your makeup off at the end of the day, keeping your eyes fresh and irritation-free.

We recommend completing your entire eye makeup routine—including tightlining, eyeshadow, and any other desired products—before applying your Navo Lashes. This approach ensures that your makeup doesn't interfere with the lash adhesive and helps maintain the longevity and appearance of your lashes.

They’re water-resistant, meaning they can handle light splashes, tears, and rain. However, we don’t recommend swimming or showering in them, as direct water pressure may loosen the adhesive.

We offer 10/11/12 mm mixed kits as well as single-length sets in 10, 11, 12, and 13 mm.

*Glow does not come in 13 mm since it’s designed to be ultra-natural.

2. Align the lash – Flip the lash upside down and position the bottom edge of the lash band with the bottom edge of the new adhesive strip.
3. Press to transfer – Gently press the lash onto the adhesive strip to ensure even glue coverage.
4. Peel & lift – Carefully peel back the clear sheet and remove the lash cluster with tweezers.

To clean your Navo Lashes, follow these simple steps:

1. Soak – Place the lashes in a bowl of water with a few drops of mild soap and let them soak for a few minutes.
2. Rinse – Dip them into a separate bowl of clean water to remove any soap residue.
3. Gently Clean – Use a Q-tip to lightly brush along the lash curve, ensuring they’re thoroughly cleaned.
4. Store Properly – Once dry, return the lash clusters to their tray—either in their original spots or along the sides, whichever you prefer!

During this handoff, you might see a "Label Created" status in your tracking info. It can take 1–2 days for tracking details to update as your order moves into the USPS system.
